PUBG New State is a New Form of the first PUBG Mobile and is set in a future Timeline with futuristic fight Gameplay Such as weapons, drones, specialised character attributes and more. However, at the time of the declaration, there was no information about whether it would ever launch in India. Given that PUBG Mobile India actually hasn't come around here.
As indicated by a GemWire on their instagram post, which expresses that the source code of the PUBG New State game's website has support for a Hindi language version embedded in it. However, the language seems to have been disabled for noe, proposing that parent organization Krafton has plans to Launch PUBG New State in India.
PUBG: New State is a totally unique game as compared with PUBG Mobile but it remains to be seen if this gets ministry clearance. And given how things have been going for Krafton and PUBG Mobile in India, you might be waiting for a while.
