Garena Free Fire has declared that They Had Banned More than 1.3 million accounts in the Last 14 days for hacking. The specific number of Accounts Banned are 1,335,831. An extra 80,290 accounts were banned for purposefully teaming up with Hackers. Garena states that half of the accounts were banned after reports from players.
Garena Free Fire noticed that 62% of the accounts were banned for using auto-aim hacks, while 28% were banned for teleportation hacks. Through walls and Antenna hacks were used by 3% and 2% of the Banned Accounts. 5% of the banned accounts were using different hacks.
Garena says that it has changed its anti-hack measures and improved its hack detection techniques. A year ago, a Garena Free Fire spokesperson told that "Our anti-cheat strategy relies on a two-pronged approach – our screening technologies as well as community reports." The representative noticed that the company was continually "refining" their anti-cheating measures.
In the meeting, the Garena spokesperson noted that the Garena is extremely strict when it comes to using of hacks in Free Fire. They Said "We have zero tolerance for any activity that undermines the integrity and fairness of our game. We will permanently ban anyone – amateur or pro – who is found to be cheating. Moreover, pro players who cheat will be expelled from our tournaments along with their entire team,".
